OUR POLICIES

Purchase Required:
KLY Computer Srvice, LLC (“KLY.PC”) expressly warrants to the original purchaser (“Client”) that Client’s Custom PC will be free from material defects in parts, materials, components, and workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date

We reserve the right to repair, free of charge

or offer a refund, any material defects found in parts, materials, components, or workmanship, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.

We provide technical support services

specifically related to the repair or replacement of any material defects in parts, materials, components, or workmanship.

At our discretion, we repair or replace

without charge any parts, components, or materials that are damaged by a power surge or electrical failure during the two-year warranty period.

We provide free technical assistance

and services to solve problems resulting from power surges or power failures, including repair or replacement of damaged parts, components or materials.

Domestic Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the PC or parts to and from our company. KLY.PC’s obligation to repair or replace components or parts is limited to repairing or replacing with a model or product that is available at the time of repair or replacement and is of the same similarity, appearance, quality and performance as the defective component or part. KLY.PC is not obligated to replace the defective part or component with a part or component that has a higher similarity, appearance, quality or performance standard. At KLY.PC’s sole discretion and at Customer’s request, KLY.PC may replace a defective part with an upgraded part if Customer agrees to pay the difference in cost between the original part and the upgraded part.

Exclusions & Limitations

This Limited Warranty specifically excludes damage or defects that result from normal wear and tear, accident, neglect, misuse, user error, user modification, user installation, failure to perform preventive maintenance, or use that does not conform to the specifications given by the manufacturers of any component parts. KLY.PC’s warranty does not cover software of any kind. This Limited Warranty is void if bios settings are changed, any overclocking is done, ownership of the PC is transferred, or the client fails to follow instructions from technical support. Any repair or replacement performed by KLY.PC shall not extend the original two-year warranty period of this Limited Warranty. KLY.PC is the sole and exclusive authorized provider of any warranty repairs or replacements.

Warranty and Shipping FAQs

On average, it should take about 5 days to process the order to inventory after the purchase is made. Once the order is processed through inventory our current estimate on shipping the PC is to 7-12 business days.

At this time, we are only accepting the currency USD and do not ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

All orders placed with KLY Computer Service include a 2-year parts and labor limited warranty. We will repair or replace defective hardware free of charge as long as they have not been physically damaged or abused.

While it may not be able to handle the latest and most demanding games on the market, it can still provide a satisfactory gaming experience for casual gamers or those on a tight budget))))

Yesterday we received this PC, everything was easily connected, all the boxes are included, and in the motherboard box, everything you need to connect. NO LAGS AT ALL, PC EXPECTED MY EXPECTATIONS! We also bought this PC with 8 RAM, but after that, the KLY manager called us and said that they would add another 8 RAM for free, since they updated this PC, thanks!

As for looks the computer is well done and looks clean and organized. The cable work is well done too, yes you can see some cables but for the most part the cable management is well done. The pc preformes well no issues so far. Definitely has room for upgrades like extra fans and more ddr4 rams and ect. Over all I am well pleased with the pc is it the best one in the work no but for the money it proves well and looks well too, Definitely worth checking out and this company is very open with the parts they send you the boxes of what the parts are in your pc no hidden tricks. Also the company is upfront of if there are any issues or delays. Over all I am quite satisfied with my purchase.
